- Allow supervisors to verify whether a repair is necessary based on the photographic evidence.
These images are tied to specific work orders and are used solely within the context of automotive repair and maintenance workflows.
- Data Sharing and Third-Party Access
- We do not share user camera data with any third parties, including analytics providers or ad networks.
- No third-party services collect, process, or view the photos taken in the app.
- Only authorized customers or personnel using this app can access the photos through a secured webpage for the purpose of managing vehicle repairs.
- Data Retention and Deletion
- Photos are retained as part of the work order history to serve as evidence in case of disputes, incidents, or investigations.
- This retention is necessary for accountability, customer service, and legal protection.

- User Control & Permissions
- Camera access is requested only when the user initiates the photo capture feature.
- The app does not run the camera in the background or access it without user interaction.
- Users can deny or revoke camera permission at any time via their device settings, though this may limit the functionality of the app.
